By using SpotJob you agree to the following:

SpotJob, the app, is a platform for posting jobs and connecting people together who may be able to do those jobs.  SpotJob is not an employer and does not provide any employment services to users of the SpotJob app.  SpotJob also does not provide workers for any job postings made on the platform, all workers are independent of SpotJob and have no connection or employer-employee or contractor agreement.

SpotJob provides no guarantees regrading the use of the app whatsoever.  SpotJob does not qualify any of the workers, nor any posters of jobs on the app, as such SpotJob is not responsible for any payments, quality of work, damages caused by workers or posters or other damages that may arise from the use of this app.

SpotJob will not share your information without your permission, except that data which does not contain your personal information or identification.
